Apc Rs1100 model 24 v ups mai low battery overload problem please solution

Hello I have a Tez Luminous Smart Sine+ 1075 Inverter. Most of the times, the inverter works perfectly fine. However, once in a week, especially when there is variation/power off/on from Govt supply, the inverter goes on overload led on, then after few seconds, main and charge green led both start blinking. If I turn off the input 230v supply, or turn off the inverter, and then turn on, the problem continues. After trying 5 to 6 times, this errror goes away and inverter works properly. sometimes, i have to leave the inverter power on switch to off position for few hours and then inverter works properly. can you pls share your view if you have experienced this problem and the solution for the same
