@@Duncan_S1 well your lucky .looks like your flying it good. Iam putting mine in a simular configuration. Re dooing the paint. I just finished and installed the carbon graphite insterment panel . Looks great. And i redid the interior with faux dimond imitation leather. So far its been alot of hard work. But you were very smart buying that supercraft. Iam so impressed with how well this planes built. Later on ill put a bigger engine maybe a c-0200 if i can get thru all the paperwork. That supercraft is one well thought out plane upgrades . Its beautiful
@@whisperingeagle it’s currently down for more upgrades so it should be a better performer then before
@@Duncan_S1 lucky it has been changed to exsperimental. I could vision your plane with an elaborate vinal wrap. It looks like your taking your time gaining exsperience and not trying to land in the shortest tight sandbar. Great ADM choice. Repaires are costly .Iam lookin forward to seeing your upgrades.

Duncan s. Iiam trickin out my 46 taylor craft bc 12 Id like to know what spinner your using on this plane? Weather you have the c -65 or the c-85 engine? What wing with flaps?
@@whisperingeagle My plane is experimental and none of its parts are certified. I think the spinner came from whirlwind. Engine is a O320 and the wings are completely custom.
@@Duncan_S1 I was concidering transfer to exsperimental as well. Did you fabricate the wings with flaps from ground up or fabricate them from another plane? You shure are on the right track. Such an awesome inovation . Iam not going as far as you at this time. Taylor craft is such a fine sturdy aircraft. Have you thought of adding vortex generators and slats? It may only be cosmetic but the tc looks better with that lower window ,bigger spinner. And bush wheels.

just a beautiful plane . I couldnt afford a c cub or type . So i bought a taylorcraft. If a person has the will theres a way.
Hey i love your tc. Few questions. Your bushwheel tire size. Which engine do you have Cont a-65 or 85? I just bought my 46 taylorcraft .Its in great shape Iam currently tricken the whole intierior out. Lower windows, new paint and vinal wrap. I have a bit of disability with my legs and need a few more inches on the rudder pedals. On the tail can you put longer turnbuckles to lengthen the rudder control wires? There is amble room to the peddles and firewall. Any other way you might know?

Great video! My family farm is on the Arkansas River just north of Pine Bluff. I live in northwest Mississippi in the Memphis area now. Love your Tcraft stuff - and that "supercraft" looks awesome! I have a Taylorcraft too... a BC-12D 85 that I restored and fly on the Mississippi River. We need to hook up!
