My name is Amanda Harwood & I am the Founder of Story & Stone.

I have spent my whole adult life searching for the golden ticket to true happiness. It has taken me down many a rabbit hole, I can tell you. It has been, & still is quite the spiritual adventure. I have spent years researching, learning and experimenting with what makes our lives fulfilling and meaningful, & the conclusion I have come to, is that true fulfilment comes from being in control of your story. To do that, we need to knock down that shaky foundation we've been living from and build up a strong, supportive foundation that allows us to be authentic, & strong enough to weather anything that is thrown our way.
