Robotany [2024]
Robotany was made in 16 days for the World-Wide 48HFP Animation Project 2024, winning Best Directing, Best Character Design and Runner-up for Best Stop Motion Animated Film.
Required Elements: Gloria (a botanist), a throw pillow, line of dialogue: "I was created to smile and life others up", and the randomly assigned genres: fish out of water and fantasy.

What a great way to display 'inadequacy.' No matter how bad things are, life is long, and nothing we do wrong is going to be so bad we can't come back from it. We're only silly little guys born for each others' sakes, being asked to separate ourselves from our nature and learn skills foreign to the animal kingdom. We are fundamentally good, and we try our best for each other, and even if we never make it to Venus, I think we'll be alright.
