Morning Ron. What kind off waterproofing you going to juse?. If yoiu have good waterproofing mits good enough for the roof. Tiles for the whole roof is a lot of weight. And than i havent talked about how crzy much cement the ph builders juse for the tiles sometimes 3 centimetres thick Tell them to keep the cement for the tiles as low as possible

Nice Progres Ron. I know what you get true. I had the same problems with the builders. Every day i had to check the level so i bought them a level. One guy i didt listen for two day i did fired him. All the elektric tool they dont know how to work with it and they destroyed it all. And you are right about what you want and need it is not for sale in the Wilcon or bad quality. So i took many good quality screws nails electric wire breakerbox ect with me in a Balikbayanbox. On the end you will say I made it i did it 💪. Like always a thums up for you👍

Ron I stored my tiles like that one on top of the other and they warped , you might want to lay them more upright against wall less pressure .

I know how it is with workers here although I have 2 skilled guys that are both good workers but the other 5 labor guys are my wife's brothers and one nephew and aren't the hardest workers and often just see them sitting around but i do have to give them some slack because they are family.

I need a couple fans just like that for our place over here in Buenavista. I asked my wife why they don't just build the walls flush to the post on the inside walls so there is not so much corner work and i think it would be a plus for the positioning of the furniture inside with smooth walls with just 4 corners. Maybe the outside would look better as well with the post being more prominent. My wife said that's just the way they do it here and I said yea just doubles the work, time so more money for them.
