ye the hatch has a vacuum leak
it's most likely a bad idle control valve. its a common problem on the older single cams. could be a vacuum leak as well but more often than not it's the fast idle control valve.
Where I'm at that would be where the ek's rear fog lamp would be. And btw it's spelled brake light not break light bro. Got me confused a bit

That's a JDM/EDM rear fog light. They turn them on with a switch when it's foggy. Next time you do one on a Honda/Acura 88-00, remove the rear bumper, and you'll see an outline inside the bumper where to cut the hole.
