Thank you! I’ve downloaded the same pattern but I’d like to swap out a zipper in place of the snaps. Any idea how I should adjust the pattern? It’s a 25” chunky zip.

@RoseySews I wish I knew how to sew my own clothes! I know how to sew but very basic stuff. Dresses seem like a great place to start, I imagine there are a lot of designs that are beginner friendly? You've inspired me to make a sun dress now lol thank you! ❤️

How much shirring elastic is needed for this project? And approximately what is your bust measurement. I will need more as I'm a larger lady. ❤
Hello @Bellemusecore 🩷 So I used just under 2 rolls of shirring elastic. Each roll is about 20m long. I am about a 34” bust. But I think the 2 rolls would be perfect. Maybe pick up three to be sure. ☺️🙌🏻🩷 You can never have too much shirring elastic xx

Hey @Julianagizzi6587 . This is Black Four Way Stretch Lycra fabric. The pattern is the “Mariana Swimsuit” from Edgeware Designs. You can find them on Instagram or by a google search. Good luck. I can’t wait to see how it turns out for you xx

I JUST got that same pfaff machine. I love it thus far. I owned a 1471 before, the motor decided to retire, so I replaced it with 2.5. Do you like the machine? Can you use it as a replacement for a serger as I saw the stitches in the video? Have you embroidered with it? I was thinking, a little design on the color would have added a tiny bit of color???? Anyway, your tutorial was great. How would I make this for a large (obese) woman?

Can you add your own design to usb and have it embroidered? Or is it only what they have
You can ! You create your designs on the computer and then upload it onto the machine with the USB
I feel like you’ve broken your old machine’s heart! I hope it doesn’t have to watch you use your pfaff - I want a pfaff
Hahaha I do actually feel very sorry for my poor little redundant machine ! 💚 But I’m going to recycle him and give him to a local charity or a community group so thus can teach people so sew ♻️ so it will get a new life xx
I got my pfaff machine from sew essential as well when I first collected it and got it home it made a horrible noise and there customer service was great and organised a replacement and really enjoy there youtube channel
