Thanks for the tour Billy! Sweet collection of kits. Hang in there buddy I know moving is tough, we've recently moved twice in a year and a half! Exhausting!!! 😂😎👍
UGGHHH! Thanks!
Nice stash Billy. Happy Thanksgiving
Thanks Sam! Hope you had a great Thanksgiving! I will be at it soon I hope!
Awesome stash of great kits 👍😎👍
Thanks Greg!
Nice stash! I don’t think I’ve ever seen that version of the F250 super duty. The box art is totally different.
I picked that kit up at a thrift store. I have another but it is in a bag, and I haven't inventoried yet,,,,
Nice model stash hope to see you building soon..
Thanks! Me too!
Good luck with the sale of your house, hopefully you can get back to building soon, in the meantime, enjoy the break.
I am soo over this break, not much I can do about it!
Nice stash, hope the sale goes smoothly for you guys!
Thank you! So far so good.
good luck on the home sale hope you get situated again Happy Holidays God Bless
Thanks! Happy Holidays to you sir!
Billy take care and good luck with the move, Keep in touch
That 65 chevy pickup I have that one and building it now the only thing I don't like about it is the hood is in 3 parts but a nice hall 🐎Mr. ED Say just have fun modeling
Cool stash adds! I like the assortment.
Thanks Larry.
Nice kit adds. Good luck with the move. Hope to see ya soon ,take care 😊😊
Thanks Charlie, hope to be back sooner than later?
Cool stash adds!!
That’s cool Billy I used make models back in the day my son just got me one
There you go Fred ! Have a blast with that modeL !
@@williambayer1146 thanks for the reply be safe
Nice stash adds. I bought the Rubber Duck van last year. Thanks
Thanks Sam ! I don't know if I am going to build the "Duck" or pass it along? Nice of you to stop by!!
the figure with the rifle is from a piper cub airplane model, there was a mountain lion that he had shot also
Cool ! I will look further and see if the lion is in that box? Thanks so much! Glad you stopped by !
I had the Revell 56 Chev issued in the mid sixties. It was not an easy kit to build. Opening doors and trunk that didn't fit well. Sink marks galore. The kits high points were the parts detail. The small block V8 was the best.
They are pretty detailed. I have a newer version of the 55, I cut the front end to build a lift off front end, the body turned out to be a paint mule, Maybe someday?
Some oldies but goodies. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks Alan! A fun surprise for sure! Thank you for stopping by!
Damn 1 thousand views in one day! 😮 Cool video and cool old models! New sub here
I am blown away by those numbers, for sure! John had mentioned earlier he had some old kits, I told him "bring em over?" LOL,he did ! Way cool!
@@williambayer1146 ya, sometimes it just takes a rare box art pic/thumbnail or just chance of luck, but allot has to do with their messed up computer controlled Al Gore Rhythms ☺️... Just hit the right notes now n then, too bad it usually doesn't last very long for the little guys guys!
Nice video Billy. Some cool old kits. The tri5 Chevies brought back memories. Great kits but typical fiddly old school Revell. Too bad about the 57. Atlantis reissued it if you really want to build one. The old Aurora kit is like a cherry on top.
Hi George! I will build that 55 someday? I might check out the 57 if I see it? That 1/32 kit is complete, not sure what I am going to do with it?
Nice video Billy. Some neat old kits. Boy those tri-5 kit boxes bring back memories. The ‘57 kit is typical fiddly old school Revell. If you really want to build it Atlantis re-popped it.
I haven't built any of them sadly. I have a newer version of that 55, but big thoughts turned nightmare, body is a paint mule, but the old kit will be built,,,someday??
Cool stuff Billy! Those boxes are too cool!
I think so too Matthew! What a nice surprise! The box for the Aurora kit is Pristine!
The Monza as is a tough kit to find!!
I have never seen it, I don't do 1/32 kits, so it is bye bye......but a way cool kit!
@@williambayer1146 I might be interested in it!!
Oh man! Have already promised that kit to some one,,,,sorry?
Cool Haul!!!! Haven't seen that 55 box in a long time. Thanks for sharing
Thanks Michael ! And it looks complete! I will strip the paint and do a build on it,,,,someday!
Wow Billy what a haul!!
Thanks Jeff! A fun surprise for sure! Glad you stopped by!!
The Revell Tri Five kits, '55, '56, '57 and '57 Nomad station wagon are classics in their own right. I bought all of those kits many times over and the '57 kit you have has the Street Classics logo in the upper right hand corner and that might have the Official Racing Patch Offer. I did send away and got all of the patches, that was 50 years ago.
I haven't built any of the tri-5's, I have started the 55 Nomad I got from a friend, he cut the top off for the "Camino" look, but I have stalled on it, Thanks for checking out the video! Great story about the Patches!
@@williambayer1146 That AMT kit came with the option of what is called the Pick Up Top as well as chrome bed rails. It had cool mags, headers that dumped out behind the front wheels and fuel injection stacks.
The General Lee had 3 engines three, first was a 318, the second was the 383, the third was the 440. The 383 was the only engine ever shown in the series. So you should try and get the 383 to be accurate. Have a great day.
Hi Richard, I have a 440 and a couple hemi's. It will be a while to get to this kiy, so I will try to find a 318 or 383? Thanks for stopping by!
That's some Kool kit's that rubber duck VW is sweet
LOL! And it is complete ! Not sure if I build it though??
Nice stash adds, good looking stuff!
Thanks! Lots of cool stuff! Thanks for stopping by, I really enjoy your channel!
Ive never seen the Rubber Duck model before. Im a huge VW guy so now i want one! Cheers Terry
Hi Terry, Thanks for stopping by! That Rubber Duck is one of several versions of the 'ol VW bus according to scalemates. I am going to inventory that kit today?
I checked out scale mates, there are a few out there I guess. I have seen more stock kits over the "Duck". It is a cool kit!
@@williambayer1146 that will fill my spot for a bus! On the hunt at the shows! T
You got some amazing kids there.
Definately a nice surprise!!
Really cool kits. 👍
I agree! Newest one is the p/u . good times!
👍🏻Very KkOoL👍🏻
YUP! Gunna be fun!
Some cool models!
A very unexpected surprise,,,,,,,WAY COOL!
Thanks! A nice surprise! Thanks for stopping by!!
Nice adds Billy😊
Thanks Charlie ! Gunna be fun!
I think black would be Great on the GT350. And that metal flake paint turned out real nice..Keep up the good work sir ! You da Man !!
That 2nd GT350 you shared is a great kit but the hood and deck stripe decals don’t fit. Learned the hard way. Had to strip and repaint.
Oh really?? Hmmm? Something to look out for, thanks! I think I am going to switch bodies and have a opening trunk for my Race car/ Street car.....
Great job on that ‘51. Kind like the ‘flake.
Thanks George ! It was a nice build, I was kinda bummed about the Flaked paint, oh well! Live and learn eh?
Nice '51. Cool build.
Thanks Carlos !
Nice 51 chevy.
Thanks! It was fun.
Nice looking build and great looking kits, I used to like watching the altered class at Englishtown/Oldbridge raceway park
Thanks Chester ! Fuel Altered , gassers, then Pro stocks are my favorites.......
Sweet looking 4x4… got you subbed build on 👍
Very cool looking build and a great update sir
Thanks Big Eddie! Glad you stopped by, I appreciate that!
I'm partial to the 51 and 52 model Chevys. I like the art deco waterfall grille better than the earlier models. I had a 1951 Chevy Sedan Delivery back in the late 70s. 283 bored .060 over, cam and lifters by Comp cams, I reground the crank and balanced the rotating assembly myself. The heads were surfaced to get a little more compression. The fun thing was I worked in an automotive machine shop and did all the machine work myself. One rainy night a drunk woman in a Torino ended it's life. She ran a stop sign and hit me broadside so hard the riders side windowcrank left a bruise on my right leg....and I was buckled in! One day I might find another but time is getting a bit limited. Ther is a resin sedan delivery body available that can be finished with one of the kits. I think I'll do that though. That's a beautiful model and yes that metallic paint really shows. American Motors had a color like that on their mid 70s cars. Cheers Terry
Hiya Terry. A cool story about your car! What a shame it got totaled! Thanks for the kind words, I appreciate them.
Great work!
Thanks John! Thanks for stopping by! Just a couple peices short of starting your build! YEA !!
Good video. Great ideas. Matt prints rear Ricky Thompson wheels with the crinkle. If he don't I can. Just holler
Who the heck is Ricky? Mickie Thompson
Not only the crinkle but the sidewall rolling under the wheel ! I would imagine the right side doing the same as he had forward motion as he got sideways. An awesome picture, amazing driver! I know a driver like that, Fearless!
You have a lot going on Billy! Looking forward to seeing some of your progress. Happy Sunday ☕😎👍
I have a lot of choices! LOL! I will continue to show my builds, I hope you like them! Thanks for stopping by!!
Wild Willie use to drive that they with one hand on the wheel and the other on the side of the car
Yup! It had a big steering wheel, so he could handle it with one hand and hang on that beast with the other! Crazy SOB! LOL!
That convertible is nice. I have the second 67, the black one. Really nice kit it comes with trunk pre-cut open. I also have the green 68. That first mustang would be cool as a drag car, I'm unclear as to why people would be mad. Anyway, I'm looking forward to these builds. Thanks for sharing
What I mean by getting mad or upset, some one taking an original Shelby Mustang and tearing it up for a drag or road race car need their heads examined!! I know the addage "Dare to be different" sometimes shouldn't apply? just my thoughts. This is just a model!
Dupli-Color Black Pearl is a great black. Tiny metallic in it looks amazing. Thats what I'm using on my GT 350
I used that on a 32 Ford. Really nice color
I tend to stay away from canned spray paints Gary. Just because I have more control with the airbrush. That is the only reason.......
