Just so you know- the downward sound when you shoot some enemies: dont shoot those. As a younger man, I once rounded this game 3 times in one play, no cheat mode, no pause when I returned to level 1. Of course, took months of practice and was exhausting but fun.

Try these games: Dare Devil Dennis, I.ball 1 and 2, KOKO, Mr Wino, Mr mephisto.

I had the Atari 8 bit version back in the day. Very engrossing game / simulation.

Loved Gunship on my Tandy 1000.

This is a bad remake considering the Commodore 64 was a good gaming machine....About the music I can say that it is phenomenal and suitable for an action-police game

I think modern games are great but there was just something about those Amiga games......

C64 version was the best, smooth scrolling, music and in game sound effects, the graphics where not as good as Atari ST and Amiga but the game play was better. I had the c64 game loved it now I have the arcade game and love it too.

i want to enjoy the original sound and not listen to your distempering talk, ...maybe except for some critical game hints

This is a excellent game. In my top ten for sure. Great fun in two player. 🙂

Remember to have a screencap handy of the medals during the fatigue test it will save you a lot of trouble. So far got through a few of the missions from the gog version.

Ah i remember this on the amiga. There was a cardboard overlay that you placed over the keyboard which showed the controls etc..... Now i feel old 😂😂

Played this one a lot. The only mission I never could finish was Create a Diversion. I never knew which buzzer was the real signal.

Played it more on the Amiga, but it was a great game.

never got to pass Create Diversion mission as kid. I did all the other mission but this one couldn't.

I spent hours, if not days, on this game and Project Stealth Fighter back in the day. Only ever had a datasette so everything took forever and a half to load 😂 Thank the Gods for modern gadgets like the U1541II+. Must say I sometimes miss the tape loading music, so if I play Last Ninja it's always from tape files

I had this on casette, took ages to load. Also I was always triggered how the box art shows Apache shooting a whole cartridge, bullet and the shell. Takes me back.

Sure, there's the blocky graphics, but the game has parallax scrolling and the music is simplistic but it's nevertheless quite catchy! Not bad at all for a 1983 8-bit game written in Basic!

this was class. best game US Gold ever developed. so many of these so called detective games are scripted junk where you basically need to solve a series of puzzles, and the script is always the same...not so with this, Dick tracy Detective story, murder on the zinderneuf, then over 30 years later finally we get something which captures the procedural mechanics with shadows of doubt...but why did we have to wait so damn long,,,,,,,,,,,, i would even love to see a modern remake of this, this is how detective games should be not the usual crap we get.........btw if you don't know about shadows of doubt check it out , it's like a spiritual succeccor, finally!

It's not a "bleh" game - It's an *awesome* game hehe... Have you tried the "new" version of Mountie Mick? -They fixed a lot of bugs. I think you should take a look at Nostalgia's version
