Why 100% Payment Upfront? Interiors industry New trend explained By Ar.Syed Asim
The Video is made to give clients and interior designers (Freelancers) Why 100% Payment is mandatory in the service industry, especially in the interiors industry where the payout of the last payment is always a nightmare for all the companies and modern firms came up with the 100% payment upfront concept with Contract which will make life easier for all the people in the interiors industry.
Usually, 60% of Project are delayed by Micro & Medium scale companies due to fund deficiency and bad management of funds, under-estimating of the work, and deadline shooting which is the main factor why clients are always unhappy in the end and usually end up not paying 100%, in the end, making double the loses for all the people who work as an organization.
I have tried to convey my opinion about the new trend and why clients and companies both should follow the same and there should be mutual understanding from the client's end and from the company's end as well.
For the Idea of How 100Rs are spent (Approx)
38% - Material
18% - Labor
12-15% - Office Staff (per month)
18%- Taxes & Miscl Costing (Cleaning, Porting etc)
7% - Paintwork
12% - Granite,Tiles , Countertop work, Civil Work
3% - Miscl-Discount,Escalation in pricing
5% - Company's Net Profit (Offen Loss)
Above % differ from organization to organization but usually no more than 7-10%
For Freelance People They usually Don't Have Staff costs Hence their projects are less making lesser profits.

Blockboard doesn't come with 9ft height.i recommend using profile door isntead of blockboard or 19mm BlockBoard two pc shall be paster with 6-8mm mdf/ply on top to achieve the desire result. Hope you are cleared. Thanks

Plywood is the best option with backside also laminated ,HDHMR boards are not widely available nowadays and price also shootup very high recently. Both are best option as per your budget you can choose.

Got a bed done directly via carpenter. Box costs 350 per sq feet, head board 100 rs per sq feet and side table was a lumpsum of 2K. Got it at a very nice price. Ex material prices.

The prices might vary from city to city and generally all over india commercial plywood is mostly used. For a wallunit price may vary depending upon the outer finish.

Plywood is not recommended for bathroom door. Kindly use 30mm wpc flush door which is light weight and much durable and resistant to water.

Sir door frame chaukhat bana n k liye MR ply use kr sakte hai kya site p sir....kya IS303 wala lena chaye ya IS 710 wala sir
You can use any of the plywood as per your budget but 710 is always better also use some adhesive like araldite in the floor region of laminates pasting to avoid future delamination.
Biggest drawback of factory finish is base material. How to verify that they are giving proper plywood and not particle board?
Good question. Just drill hole on any panel or make hinge bore you will see the core materil.
You can't keep making the hole to every board to verify all the material

It is Quarz counter top material.
Bhai ji could you please help me select the right material whether I should go for marine ply or HDHMR for furniture work? Note : only for furniture (wardrobe beds tables etc, not for kitchen)
Plywood is always preferable. You can use HDHMR for shutters. Hope this will help.
