This has got to be a joke . The materials so far have totalled nearly £2000 not including the Makita saw. The 40mm x 40mm aluminium extrusion is priced at £35 PER METER LENGTH in the UK. Yes , Pull the other one.

thats about $500 worth of extruded aluminum. I would rather put $100 more and buy a Track saw and do more than what this bulky jig can do.
I like this a great deal, but the aluminium sections are quite expensive in Australia. The table and rails would have wider applications if the tool could be exchanged, i.e. if the saw can be swapped with a planer and a router, it would be a very useful set in a small workspace. It should not be too difficult to alter the sled to accept modular platens, and create a platen for each tool. Router, planer, saw #1 (wood), saw #2 (metal) would be a great setup. Add overhead power and a vacuum. Unmount the tool for storage and the table could be stored on its side. Adds a lot of versatility.
Someone asked, so I checked Australian prices for 30x60mm T-slot aluminium ~ $28/m. 😮
Buy it from China..Even with the shippement cost And time.. it is still cheaper than in Australia per meter.

Luxury saw table but not for everyone. Maybe the cost is more than a thousand US dollars.
Do you like my "Parallel Guided Power Saw?" seen on you tube. Do you wish to join me to manufacture it. On the video you may see some pyramids I cut with my saw, which cannot be easily cut with another saw. The manufacturing company does not want my saw, so we have to start our company to make it.

Having done this much, excellent at that, you could probably add a laser line guide to help align the cut.

This is a good demonstration: How to turn a circular saw into an under-powered table saw, using $2000 worth of 80/20 T-slot.
Yeah fair point, but table saws are cumbersome devices that dominate any workspace. This is portable and storable, plus you can upgrade the skillsaw to mains power. I'm not sure this is the answer (vertical arrangement?) but this is still a problem worth solving, so hats off for trying.
I wonder how much T-slot is at the OP's location?
also this will never make clean cuts as the saw will always have a gap to the workpiece. He must have made it vertical and also place a plunging mechanism for the saw plate

耐火コンクリートを使って コークスで 燃やしたらどうでしょう 多分 すぐに溶けると思います アルミや銅 真鍮 ならね それと アルミ缶は 金属 シュレッダーを使って細かくすると すぐに溶けます
