the new to me yamahopper qt50 moped. cleaned the carb, had a plugged pilot jet. started in a few kicks. sounds like the air screw needs adjustment. its out 3/4 turn.

first start after installing dynamite diesel 4k gov springs, stage 2 delivery valves and nozzles popped to 3900psi. fass 220. Hamilton 160 valve springs and heavy duty push rods with power driven diesel batwing rocker pedestal. ARP 625's and .20 head gasket. stainless diesel exhaust manifold. k&n air cleaner and deviant racing intake elbow. head was slightly ported and timing set to 25 degrees.

Using a Tork Tool injector puller part number CIP020 to remove a injector from a 12v cummins in a 96 Ram 2500.

50cc two stroke with oil injection. They were sold under different names worldwide like the honda rocket and honda spree. Very light scooter with a top speed of 35mph or so.
@@JonDo-1986 my 4 wheeler has oil injection. Oil injection is my favorite thing and I only want to get bikes or 4 wheelers with it
@@uPilot Oil injection is absolutely a brilliant invention when properly maintained. Unlike mixed gas that ends up being either too rich on oil at idle and too lean at high rpm. Oil injection uses a driven gear that changes speed with rpm to give the needed amount of lubrication for the engines at different rpms.

@@JonDo-1986 My 1982 Honda MB 5 was an oil injected 50cc with a five speed. Cost less than $700.00 new and would do 50 mph. Wish I had never sold it. Biggest regret of my life.
I'm in the process of researching to convert this exact sled for a family member. Never done one before. Sounds like I need to find a 1982-1896 flywheel and fan housing + and extra coil? is that what you did?
If i can remember i got the fan housing with the pick up and the flywheel from a 91? Safari 377. Bombardier only used the Ducati cdi ignition for a couple years. Also bought the cdi coil later on ebay. Makes for an expensive coil. No mods to the original 377 lower end.

The carburator and filter situation is awful. Exposed to rain and dirt and just will be broken if bike falls.
I use this bike around the yard. Stays clean behind the leg shield. Its fallen over a few times. Foot pegs, handle bars and leg shield protect it just fine.

I’m having a issue where my truck will crank fine and when I hit the throttle it will get stuck at 1100 rpm’s. It will do it while driving also when I let off the throttle. Ever herd of this ? Any suggestions? Thanks !

@gogreen392 have to tried turning key to on position then press accelerator pedel to floor and back up. Once up turn key back off.

Their was a small amount of cut and grind on frame to get it to bolt up. Check out minibikemike channel for more indepth on the lifan swaps.

What exhaust is that ?
Im not sure. The header pipe came with the lifan engine and the muffler is for a different honda bike that i bought off ebay. I had to do minor cutting and welding to get to to mount up. The stock exhaust ran down by the brake pedel and foot peg. The lifan 125 has a bigger lower end that would not allow the use of stock exhaust

Im not really sure. The last time i drove this 12v during winter was like 10 yrs ago. My 24v with 460k mi fires right off no issues.

Whats your boost and pyro numbers?
I have made some adjustments and it tops out at 50 lbs of boost. Seen 1600 1700 degrees egt. It now has governor and top end mods and can be reved to over 4000 rpm

@rossedward1601 well this turbo lab is only the compressor side of the turbo. The center section and exhaust housing and shaft are all still stock hx35. So it didn't change the egt all that much. Just moves a touch more volume of air.
@KRShields okay I been looking for someone that's done 67 on the turbine size if they had a noticeable egt drop. Maybe I have to buy the 67x67 hx40 he builds

I have injectors and a tuner.
What's the purpose of installing this trans mount bracket?
The trans mount kept separating on me causing the trans to hit the cab floor. The safety bracket limits the mount movement so it will not pull apart and separate. There are 2 styles of trans mounts. The bracket only works with the style that has a triangular lower and not the open U shaped lower.
This was my first sled I ever had rode the bogies off it still runs to this day

I had the same sled was my very 1st real sled back in the late 80s loved that sled was decent to for a 377 went fairly good. That's where my journey began still a skidoo guy to this day currently have 2004 800ho and a 2010 800r 👍
I had 1 for my 1st snowmobile too. Loved it so much I bought this one years later from an old boss of mine. I've been making my version of the best options. It has all the SS goodies with the long track.

I have a 1500 that is missing this will this cause the transmission to move down and cause the truck to jerk when letting off the gas and pressing the gas
If the rubber is separated from the metal it will allow the trans to move up and you'll even hear and feel it hit bottom of the cab.
@@KRShields I just bought a new one the old trans mission mount looks good but my mechanic says they might look good but aren’t so bought a new one let’s see what happens
@btbgaming3903 well my friend. If you feel the transmission hitting the floor of the cab in the next few months. Get a new mount and my bracket and you must likely will never have to replace a trans mount ever again. Mine has been on my 1996 ram 2500 diesel for close to 20yrs.
@@KRShields it pulls forward doesn’t hit the truck just jerks really bad it’s a Manuel 1500 sport 5.2 got the mount let’s see what happens with the new one thx and nice truck
Can I leave the cable long and just ground the big fat cable instead of all the tiny ones spliced?
Drawing elbow high(use the back muscles) and keep bow high , bow grip arm slightly high( arrow pointed up slightly 20°-30° in air)pull back, aim sight on target, anchor( then rest nose on the string and look though the peep sight. Dont forget to slowly pull the trigger, dont shotgun pull the trigger. Good luck and check out some pros like Levi Morgan.
