Diao Chan's 2nd ability dash has that small frame of time where she becomes 'untargetable', making her also able to avoid tower hits without purify. She can also avoid being bit by some other heroes skills like Daji's 2nd ability or Zhuge Liang's Ult. If you are very precise and able to time it right, Diao Chan's 2nd ability can also shield a teammate locked on Zhuge's ult and simultaneously avoid the damage itself by dashing towards the skill as it is about to hit her.
