An also wen using 1× 28cm round springform pan wil i double recipe or use single recipe
A single recipe should be good. But it might be flatter. If you want you can double it to get a little more cake. Depends on how much your planning on making :)
Thanx how much cupcakes does this make?
If you use the exact recipe it should make roughly 24 cupcakes. I cut the recipe in half and made about 13. So give or take I’d say roughly 24.
I like that hand mixer you are using in this video. Where can I get one like that?
you can find it on Amazon I believe, just search for immersion blender set and it will come with different attachments like the whisk one I used. :)

Hi can i use 1× 28cm round springform pan
I dont see why not. Just be careful because the baking time might vary with a springform pan. And to be safe I would put a sheet pan under the cake while it bakes. Hope this helps :)
