Fukuoka is great, and definitely has the best Ramen, but it is not the food capital of Japan. Osaka holds the Title „kitchen of Japan“ for a reason!
I’m from Osaka. I disagree, big time.
@@travelingwithyu98 of course you disagree. Osaka food isn’t special if you can have it every day. My wife is from Kansai too and had the same thinking. Osaka wasn’t special anymore and Hiroshima was the greatest place for food. But since she doesn’t live in Osaka anymore, Osaka food became the best again. Good friends from Fukuoka prefer Osaka food as well. But that probably doesn’t count either, because they got bored of Fukuoka food because they eat it their whole life.

Were the miso udon and yabiton located in the Meitetsu Building. I'm heading to Nagoya in december can't wait to try the Tonkatsu. 🙏 from Australia ✌️🙃
They were both in the Nagoya Lucent Tower, you can find both restaurants in the underground floor.
I am trying to plan my first visit to Japan for next year and want to visit Miyajima island I am trying to work out if I can get there and back to Nagano in one day
From Nagano to Miyajima and back? I’d definitely recommend more than one day, it’s worth the time spent and appreciated at a slower pace.
@@travelingwithyu98 okay ill try how long does it take to travel around Miyajima? My main focus will be the Tori gate and the climb.
@@iamlinxx_ if you really go at a fast pace and only focus on the shrine and some of the stuff around it, like 2-4 hours. Really you would want half a day so you’re not rushing through everything.

It’s called 博多とりかわ大臣 (Torikawa Daijin)! There’s multiple restaurants by them around Hakata station.
