And if I remember right you can get half of the hidden packages before even going to the second island. Think 54 of them. Though a couple of them are on top of buildings and you need a helicopter for them. Their is even a trick where you can jump a car onto the golf course and get those before the golf course is open for you to get those.

Love GTA:Vice City. Still have the 7 cd soundtrack box set from it. And I think the hardest rampage was the one in the mall. Was always so hard. On a side note vice city stories was pretty fun as well.

the park you maybe reffering to is either St James Park or Green Park :) I love london but on this it would be hard to recreate a proper addaptation of the famous london underground network it'd be too crammed so you would have to make it up to look like the proper thing the circle line is possible, the piccadilly to a point you would have to miss out covent garden as it'd be too close together the northern is possible and the central is possible :)

if you mean how I made the billboards go up on the buildings well basically just use the page up and page down key to change height of object and make sure it touches the building if that what you were looking for then there you go :)
