I think controller problem
@@rickythunger2948 I hope so. I've ordered both controller and motor core just in case they are both burned.I had an uphill ride, and I rode without paddling. Suddently, I heard a strong noise like in the video.
I bought it from Banggood on 9 Okt 2020 and in my third ride I experienced a motor failure. Strong motor noise with low Power. I claimed my guarantee rights writing to after sales service. After about a month of negotiations, the service team and I came to an agreement' to send the motor core free and I had to pay the shipment costs to Greece.Then they change it and claimed that I had to pay as well AND the spare part... Thank you Bandgood for your guarantee policy, I prefer to give money to my local service.

Hi ,there ,sorry for my late response.I have a big problem with the contact to Bangood.I've asked how much costs a controller for my ebike and a month has passed out with no answer.
The after sales service from Bangood sucks! I'm trying to know how much a kontroller for this bike costs ,because I can't find it in Greece . Do you have any ideas where to buy one new ?

@@___codeboss___short__yt8159 thank you very much!! The bike service after examination says 80% it is controller failure and 20% chances for the motor core. If the case is finally motor core change, I 'm thinking of updating my ebike from 500W to 2000W. Is it too expensive to make it?
