Why should he put in neutral every time he stops??

Are you allowed to brake and lock your steering left when the middle of the back window is in line with the first pole.Can you stop and lock your steering or must it be done while reversing back.

Line your back bumper with the first pole lock wheel to the left. Look into drivers side wing mirror count 1 pole 2 pole whole of third pole and straighten tyre. Then look at the first pole in front of the license disc and lock tyre to the right Once car is straight you can straighten the tyre. But u rather keep the wheel locked sonits easy when getting out of the parking. The examiners dont deduct a point for not straightening the tyre in parallel.
