Don’t be too hard on yourself lovely, it happens to us all - our bodies aren’t robots! I know it’s frustrating and feels like you’re getting nowhere sometimes but just from watching some of your videos you’ve done bloody amazingly well. Just focus on where you’ve come from to where you are now and all that you’ve achieved!
