Came here on a JB vid binge and amazing it is - but how good is Imelda?! Amazing pre recorded BVs. This is professionalism and artistry at top level.

I miss his Les Paul tones. Strat was decent but I liked his sound more with the Oxblood LP and this reissue.

I don't ever recall seeing Jeff Beck playing a Les Paul. He made anything sound good! RIP Mr. Beck.

I believe some of the guitar parts were recorded at half-speed by Les Paul so are played at double speed on the original mixes. Jeff still nails them all. Maestro!!!

Lots of people have played Gibson Les Pauls. But I think Jeff, more than just about anyone else, absorbed Les' wild, playful imagination in his playing style. Les got so much variety out of altering his picking attack, and just where his picking hand would be while picking. Jeff took that and really ran with it. The Maestro.

Here today still not believing Jeff is no longer with us. He seemed immortal- his playing so seamlessly. Six string magic.

It's rare to see Jeff playing Les Paul after Blow By Blow, but he drew the ultimate best from this legendary guitar made by the legendary guitarist Les Paul. Jeff will be playing with Mr.Les Paul in heaven. RIP.

Jeff Beck tenia mucho de Les Paul aparte de Jimi Hendrix en su manera de tocar. Aquí en un homenaje en el que está tocando con las formas tan novedosas de Les Paul... dijo en una entrevista Beck's que él no podría construir guitarras como Les, pero que al menos podría tratar de sacarle partido a la electrónica y a los recursos de la guitarra eléctrica creada por Les Paul... Jeff fue muy, muy virtuoso... DEP Beck's.... allá seguro lo recibió Les Paul también * esta música que tocaba Les Paul con gran maestría, no es Rockn'roll propiamente dicho, pero lo.de la.década del 50 ' de Les (aparte de diseñar y construir sus guitarras fue un guitarrista cosa seria) tenia algo de Rock A' Billy, que es como de los orígenes del Rockn'roll por el lado de la.música Country mezclada con ritmo rápido... a eso es lo que apuntaba mucho Jeff Beck y que sin dudas, fue muy importante para su estilo personal

I think the words are 'They got rhythm'. Jeff on the les Paul sounds great.

For the life of me, I can't figure out how she drops that heavy Cockney (I've been corrected...Irish) accent when she sings. She absolutely nails it, annunciation and everything! The other one who impresses me is Laura Cox who is French (I'm not comparing the voices!). They must learn the lyrics phonetically somehow.
