I had one of these no muffler and the muffler fell off so that's the reason I could justify it and I did get it fixed but I enjoyed it

Well done, Leonard....sorry, I'm really late to this Ruckus culture but I'm soaking in all that I can to catch up. Just picked up an old one (2012) to start off with. Done some mods but still got a long way to go. Looks like you're learning as you go but you seem to have a great time doing it. Question: Do you need a license to ride that around town? I'm also in Cali (SoCal) and I'm hearing different story from different people.
