The carburetor leaks and it's surging a little but it's a very strong little engine. Sorry I didn't realize the pulley cover vibrating on the fender was so annoying, I would've taken it off. Thanks for watching!!

I want to some for myself. How did you do the hinges / struts to keep the door up? Whats that thing mounted from handle to front of roll cage? Thank you!
Great paint job and color
I know this is old bu do you have a link for those hydraulic cylinders

great job
Now mount a pump on the engine!
🎶🎶 “Snow Ride, Take it easy “ Cool old machine!!
Very nice job! Envious!
Thats really neat! If I could buy a DB tractor or 2 with all the common implements I'd probably something similar to this or like what montgomery ward did with their 2 wheel tractor. Think they called it the power trac? Would have to figure out how to use plows/discs/cultivators/and other stuff between the steering wheel and drawbar.
Excellent restoration
i love these old things
Where did you get the cylinders?

Hey man did you finish this project? I don’t see any videos about it past this one. Awesome build dude
Howdie now we're talking long wheel barrow this is cooooool man ya got this is hard to find someone to make a ratrod wheelbarrow T-bucket next question what kind of !!!! Power we talking l,m on board mine got 18hp Briggs or 22hp Briggs not sure yet stay tuned is it possible get your email address send pictures of my toys got lots to chose from thanks again for your project with us from Canada 🇨🇦 SK later 😊
Very cool little tractor. I had an 8hp massey many years ago it was so cool. I always wanted to build stuff like this but work always gets un the way
This why I can’t wait to retire! Hope someday you will have that time too😃
Very clean looking but I have to say it doesn't look like you have much of a base on it.
Nice!
Awesome
Heyy man that is really cool hey is there a way i can chat with you so i can make one like yours
A good subframe is a must for these small tractors with light gage chassis. You did excellent workmanship on your toy loader. It should give you many years of service life.
Very nice work. I like it!
Engine does indeed look to have been built around that timeframe you mention.
I would recommend going to a half trailer width pivot for the axles instead of the short pivots just because as they wear in the tires will start to lose alignment toe and camber causing the tires and bearings to fail prematurely
YES SIR thats cool i like the chanel lots of good stuff on there good varity
Hi. It is good project. I want to build one too but the electro hydraulic cylinders is very expensive. I check aliexpress sell $350-$400 AUD each. So 3 cylinders cost $1200 AUD for little project
How can i get one like this or similar? Trying to find inexpensive alternatives for a small farm
Thats awesome, bud👍🏻! Good job! Reminds me.of the 371s & 372s cabover model Peterbilts! What metal did you use for the cab & what is the thickness of it??? Thanks for sharing😃
A unique method for hydraulics. You think outside the box, so to speak. Good job!. And if I may give a serious thought about that wood burner against the shop wall; Gasoline fumes travel low along the floor. An open flame burner like that can cause an explosive ignition situation in your building. The combustion draft that the stove produces can suck gasoline vapor right into the stove. Be safe, stay well.
This is literally brilliant! I really need one for my property but don’t have the money for one I feel like this is a much cheaper solution to build one.

I had everything else besides the paint.
Kurt can you make a parts list what you used to build this Loader?
Man do I want that for my FF24...
Clean job. 👍
Audio is super tinny thought you'd wanna know. Thats a sweet build man I wanna do something similar!🖖
Do you have a materials list? I'm wanting to build one for my little garden tractor. Originally I was going to use 2x3 steel tube for the lift arms and 3x3 tube for the vertical posts.
I think it's all 1.5" or 2" by 3" inch rectangular, I'll have to check again. It was just free steel from old machines they were scrapping at work is why I used it. It sounds like what you had in mind would work great.
You did a great job. Is there any way to speed up the hydraulics? that seems way to slow that would really annoy me.
Thank you. Yes it can definitely be annoying depending on what your doing with it. Especially if it's colder out because the hydraulics move even slower if it's below about 35-40 degree's like in this video. I think I could change the mounting points of the cylinders to gain more speed albeit less lifting capacity, but honestly for what I do with it I'll probably just leave it be. It was more of something fun to build, and I mostly use it as an adjustable height work bench. I've torn down small engines in the bucket, I use it to service the chainsaws so your not having to do it crouched down on the ground, I've clamped boards to it for cutting, I pick up the push mowers for repairs so I can stand up comfortably and work on them, etc. And I've found it's super handy for breaking tire beads. So yes I wouldn't recommend these hydraulic cylinders if you needed to actually scoop and pile dirt all the time, it does a great job of it but it's very slow.
Happened to me twice. It’s a scary feeling and my heart was racing. I drive a frontloader 😮
Класс👍 я тоже тако собрал😊
What mount for plow ? I have that plow at that teryx
It's all homemade. Its two Massey Ferguson garden tractor plows I cut apart and welded together. The mount on the frame is made out of 1/2" plate I had laying around. The western sticker I just ordered online.
That is real cool! 😊
Nice work on the loader. What size rectangle tubing did you use for the frame? Thanks
Thank you! 3" x 1 1/2" rectangular tubing, most of it is 3/16 wall, some is 1/8 wall.
Any way you could send plans on how to build that exact loader? I’d pay you for some typed up plans. I have that exact little tractor I got for my daughter to match my Massey Ferguson 165 farm tractor. I want to restore it and put that loader on.
Some nice. 👋👋👍🏻👍🏻

Why not tie the actuators in with the regular battery system? It’s all 12v? Could just wire 2 batteries in parallel?
I did. Having a battery on the back was just an early on idea that I didn't end up using. Everything just runs off of one garden tractor size battery.
@@kurtscustoms how did you do it? Bigger battery?
For awhile I just used a normal interstate garden tractor battery, it ran everything fine. I did end up putting a Werker deep cycle battery in it from a power wheel chair which is physically the same size as a normal lawn tractor battery. I did that for peace of mind in case I used it for extended periods. But honestly the alternator i put on the tractor kept the interstate charged no matter how much I was using the loader so there were never any problems. Also I have the same Werker deep cycle in my side by side that's 5-6 years old that's been flawless so I like the reliability.
