It would be nice to know if the views are East, West, North or South. SW, NW, NE or SE. How many units are on the floor of the subject unit? Do all units have rooftop access? How is the parking laid out? Do you have to go outside to access indoor parking? Is electric the only utility paid by the owner or is cable and internet paid by the owner? Is there a door person or security included in the $1088 a month maintenance fee?

Since the 1st ⏲️ I saw this place I loved it. The 1st apartment was 513 about 4 yrs ago. Since I was 14, I want to move to Detroit. A sick mom, an alcohol pop, I refused to get married at 15 at the orders of my pops , I was chosen by siblings to care for my parents along with an older sister who had rheumatic fever as an infant and a disabled older brother due to his drinking wrecked his truck crushed both arms... this was in the 80's. I never gave up on my dream to move to Detroit... STILL HOPEFULLY ❤❤❤

My cousin lived in Palmer woods while I was in college. He was taking care of his great grandfather’s house. It was 69 to 72 that I spent time there.

That sure looks like the home the parents of my friend in Ann Arbor, Eric Hoffman owned. But I think they actually lived in Sherwood Forest, but house very similar looking. Eric's father was a Psychiatrist.

I would love to find a jome like this that requires a bit of tlc. Living on Higgins Lake leaves me desiring a property in the Detroit area.

Still love this house. I have the video of this house saved from 5 yrs ago. I have to say what this house looks like now from 5yrs ago is not much difference. New paint? Yes but not much. Stove/oven was moved, an island and draws were added, breakfast bar removed, heater in kitchen removed, Sun room looks better with out the green rug. Why but why did they kill everything in the back yard????😢😮 the past back yard was beautiful but now it's depressing 😢 looking at it.

This nearby house was owned by friends of my parents in 1970's. I remember playing in it with their only son. Nice digs for three people and a dog! A Beautiful restoration here. Well done

There used to be an annual street fair/block party every year, on this block. Jack White performed in it a few times before he was famous. The guy who owns the charter school , on the corner, put a stop to that, though.

There used to be a very posh hair salon in this immediate area, in the 1960's , called the Cambridge House. They did beautiful work.
