More OTOW Rubbish... Most of the people living in this place barely know what a Cell phone is. Instead of wasting time and money on this useless nonsense, why don't you spend your time getting a proper (MODERN) entry gate that has an E-pass for visitors and those who live here that dont want to wear your awful prison sticker on the side of their car. We sit and wait for entry gate security to actually WRITE down license plates! R U people serious? Its 2024 OTOW, get with it, you guys are 15-20 years behind literally EVERYONE. This place is so awful , run by dinosaurs.

Charging a huge premium for such a terrible view of a golf course is ridiculous. The house is average, at best, compared to other communities.

King size bed does not fit , I should know I have the Brighten and we had to take out my nightstand on the window side. Tried all sort of ways to fit the bed and nightstand. Your better off buying the Wisteria.

On Top of the World has smaller homes, too. There is a great variety of sizes to choose from. And they are pet friendly with multiple dog parks. We LOVE it here!! ❤

The layout is ok but lack of pot drawers, single sink and too dark cabinets make the kitchen a no-no. No bath tub in the master bath. No fence….is this a “no pet” community? I could fix those issues if the price was around $250k.

Beautiful homes, but on top of the world keeps forgetting that older Americans don't need 2,200 square feet of living space. They need smaller homes 🏡 that are more reasonable priced. 😊 400 to 600 hundred thousand for a home is insane

Is the Magnolia the same as the Montgomery but one is in Long leaf and the other in Candler?

As the owner of a Magnolia ("Maggie") in OTOW Longleaf Ridge 4, I can say that it is an amazing floorplan! Many options available, including bumping out the great room, and converting the golf cart garage into a workshop. No matter what you choose, the "Maggie" is a fantastic floorplan, and we are happy to have chosen it!

Why did you walk past the pantry doors twice without even showing it? Master Shower? Price? (I notice OTOW does not seem to seem to answer any comments)

I’m in love with the Magnolia! You finally got the memo about pot drawers. We boomers can’t be bending down to dig a pot and lid out. Love the single stainless kitchen sink. Spacious rooms and curb appeal. The only thing I’d change would be the dark cabinets. They’re beautiful but I’m a lighter cabinet gal. Thank you!

With my retirement less than five years away , so far it's a toss-up between OTOW and The Villages. But for me the deal-breaker is the debacle that is Florida's homeowners insurance. Hopefully some legislation or organization will resolve this.
