Federal Aviation Administration. This is for the U.S. But other countries have their own governing body. The Philippines' I think is ATO for Air Traffic Organization - i think.

Yep, it started from the tandem-seat planes when the instructor would tug the student's shirt whenever he wasn't flying right. After the first solo, the student proved he didn't need "tugging." I have mine displayed in a frame in my room and pretty darn proud of it. In the Philippines, (where I'm from) they do this stupid shit. I saw another video where they use your own piss. What's the point?! At least for us FAA pilots, it has meaning.

US pilot from the phils here. is it true I have to be checked out 10 hours before i get to legally fly there? also, is plaridel a school? never seen that many planes line up for the runway!
