Só não entendi por que o maior número de parafusos na parte inferior. A tendência do momento é arrancar essa barra da parede na parte superior, então seria nessa parte que se deveria por mais parafusos presos à parede.

Look difficult but it is SUPER EASY!!!!! You just need a strong hold by hand and some power on the abs!!!! AND NOT BE FAT or you’ll never make it!!!!! But a skinny nerd can!!!!!

Would it be safe to use without securing to the floor?
Hi! The pulley must be secured to the floor, but we also have an option to secure it to the wall, or to get additional plates below the pulley that add stability :)
