How to make Crispy Okra | Bhindi Fry | Sheza's Kitchen
Okra fry or bhindi fry can be made more crispy and more testy as well! In this recipe I just sharing a easy recipe of crispy okra fries or crispy ladies finger fry which can be served as a tea time snacks or also can be served as a side dish with plain rice or polau! Tests too good! 😋
✳️Ingredients
# Ladies Finger - 500 gm
# Red Chilli powder - 1 Tsp
# Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
# Rosted Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
# Salt - to taste
# Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
# Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
# Gram flour - 1/2 Cup
# Rice flour - 1/4 Cup
# Water - as needed
# Soybean Oil - to fry
