I noticed you guys didn't take any of the meat from the sheep, shame. I myself also got the same impression from TH-cam videos that the meat is gross and inedible. My wife was drawn for a tag on Ft. Bliss - McGregor Range and shot her first Barbary Sheep here in NM. I talked with a guide prior to daylight opening morning of the hunt who was in with a client and he told me how chewy the meat is (The tenderloins are like chewing bubble gum). The guide recommended I turn it into sausage. I took all of the meat to the butcher and had sausage made, 50% hot Italian - 50% bratwurst, and the meat turned out Amazing!!! Thanks for sharing your hunt!
Love the hunt, but can someone explain why the hunter whispers to the camera so low you can’t hear him. In caution no doubt. But then the walkie talkie is FULL BORE. 😂 bizarre.
