I absolutely love watching _Garfield: The Movie_ (2004), _Garfield II: A Tail of Two Kitties_ (2006), and _The Garfield Movie_ (2024). I don't care what everyone says about all of these movies. They're all awesome.

I've watched the entire series now and I can say that the show started to become bad about halfway through season 5. The show collapsed under the weight of the nonsense that the writers made up. It became a parody of itself by season 7. The rating were terrible for seasons 6 and 7, people who had watched the earlier seasons had moved on to beter shows. The quality of writing by the end was terrible, there was no quality control. I also didn't like that the only way the writers could think of for dealing with each seasons main villain character was for the S.H.I.E.D. agents to violently kill them. We know that villains are kept alive for decades in the comics, TV writers seem incapable of a more nuanced approach.

No. Just, no. This show was a major part of my childhood. It kind of made me sad when I saw jay with freckles, kai with ice cream hair, and cole looking like a baby. I had to stop watching the show because of these changes.

I agree with you. I did not like this movie. I found it so utterly boring, mediocre, lazy, and a bit disgusting with the cockroach guy. I got to the point where I'm like "I'm tired of watching Gru and the Minions now." I even got to the point of downright hating this movie.

I really hope that you continue this and make it a trilogy or something. I feel like the next movie should take place something like a 1000 years later after the planet has been at war for centuries. It shows off the desperate fight between the autobots and the desepticons and by the end of the movie optimis kills megatron. But it Finnishes on a cliff hanger with Starscream taking command and sound wave recovering megatron's body. The third movie would be soundwave putting megatron back together few (100?) years later and then taking control away from Starscream. but by that point it's already too late because star scream has made a mess of the war and cybertron is in ruins forcing them to leave the planet. I'm not sure how the Quintessons would fit into this but I haven't put much thought into it.
