Thanks again for all the great scenery from the CT. Saw a few familiar segments I've volunteered restoing in past years. The segment at 11:24 was the first one I worked on in 2006 and it was building new trail to reroute a segment away from a lot of road walking when the Pole Creek Trail was part of the CT. See you're a ULA fan too 😉 Good memories in this video!

Thanks for the Weminuche scenery and the memories. I haven't been back to that Wilderness area since 2010 when we did a 3-night hike up to Emereld Lake with a bit of fly fishing added for extra measure. Gonna spend some time this summer in the north part of the Weminuche fly fishing the Rio Grande headwaters area and its ktribs that head up in the wilderness. This video is helping count down the days until August.
It’s an incredible Wilderness. We spend quite a bit of time in the Weminuche every year. Some of the best trout fishing around in our opinion. Perhaps we will see you out there!👍🏻👍🏻

I'm wanting to backpacka and fish this trail this summer. Did you see alot of people and how far did you end up hiking total?
It is a very popular trail. We try to make a trip in there every year. You will see quite a few people. However, the further you get from the trailhead, the less people you will encounter. The fishing is excellent! I’m not sure of the total miles for this trip as we were in there for 4 or 5 days. It was Epic!
