Love the fabric! Do you mind sharing the designer/pattern name?

Thank you for the video tips, they really help. In this video you say “right sides together” however watching it’s wrong sides together and that looks like the correct way….is that the correct assumption?

after much practice I might suggest a 1/8 inch seam allowance vs. a scant quarter inch. They were just coming out too small to trim EVERY time. Love the video and pattern. Thank you.

My blocks are coming out under 9 1/2.....I guess a REALLY scant seam allowance is required?

Trisch, should I trim the Large Sail block to 6” x 9-1/4” as shown on the pattern? After trimming the vertical edge as shown in the video, my block measures 6” x 9-1/2”. Should I trim the extra 1/4” from the top or bottom?

Another great video! I have never done it, but this inspired me to try the leaders and enders. It always seemed like a pain, but you make that look easy and it will help have smooth seams at each end. Thanks! Off to sew triangles!!!

I'm going to try pressing my seams open - never done that but it seems like a good idea to prevent bulk.

As a new quilter, I would have loved to have seen the layout process in real time and had some commentary on why you chose to layout the triangles the way that you did. Perhaps the next video can take it a little slower?
