Thank you for sharing all the process and for the brilliant notation with the long and short form showing on screen as you play! Wow! Love it! How would you play chords with 9th, 11th, 13th? I see how you put 6th and 4th, so, it's a matter of playing the different possible combinations to choose what chord notes to play, and keeping it to 3 notes, or how do you add more? Sorry for the stupid question! I understand that if you're playing the melody with the right hand, the 9th, 11th, 13th will be there at some point. Im just curious to know if there's something more, like another secret to making those chords such as a 9/11/13... I see them often when I'm accompanying on the guitar and I choose the voicing based solely on what my hand can span/survive.🏖️

This series amazes me. I admire the system, that makes it so easy to follow and understand what you're doing, with your explanation and notation, the angle, the sheet... I also admire how economical your hands are, I mean, moving so little, so very efficient! You make it look... possible! I'm not a musician, but I like playing different instruments (flute, guitar, violin and now the piano) and what I like is *the process*, knowing I'll never get anywhere. Well, you're a joy, sharing the beautiful final product, but also the details. Thank you so much for sharing!🌻

Hi Andy, in bar one after the intro, is there a reason you play G natural in the melody on F7 (natural 9) instead of G# (sharp 9)? It is notated as G# in the Charlie Parker Omnibook, and it seems to me it is in fact G# in the original recording: th-cam.com/video/S4mRaEzwTYo/w-d-xo.html. I love your content BTW!
