The place is not as it is reviewed on different sites. The most pathetic is that staff has no moral responsibility of dealing with customers who are far away from their place.In my case the care taker sharad beloshe mishandled my vechile and broked the Grearbox adjuster cable and denied he dint...there was no mechanic in mahabaleshwar, panchgani.he send me to a mechanic in wai who dint had the part and still charged me..and asked me to go to 45 km to satara..I was left all alone on myself with 5yrs old daughter and wife on roads..The manager Mr. Shekhar has also denied that the staff has not broken my vechile on asking the cctv footage he dint provided me the same. And denied to pay the expenses incurred of rs 3000 because of the staff.Now they have stopped taking my calls..Do not go to this place they have a very steep parking which is very risky where you can't park..and when they will...they will mishandled your vechile and there is no mechanic nearby. The rooms are just average for the hefty fair they are charging..In Breakfast included they just gave poha one day and upma another day..no options to select..you have to eat what they made. Skip booking this place as they are not customer centric...they are just not bothered treating customer well with good hospitality.
