This guy clearly went out to provoke a confrontation with police! The officer was very professional and was entirely within her powers to detain him! He could have given his name and they could have done a voters check or other systems he may have been on to verify his story. He was just after a row! Drunk idiot!

You have to stop and let them check. This happens to me every now and then. And they usually pick on people out at odd hours, I have problems sleeping sometimes. It’s fine if you comply, they usually want to move onto the actual thing they are investigating. Usually blind to the identity of the actual perpetrator/s. And despite their new over reaching powers, they are necessary when you see how crazy some of us can be. It is scary though, especially if you have had a drink or two, which isn’t a crime. New bills come and go. Especially if we get busy and review the laws and abolish some of the 12th century Bollox ones still being enforced…. The war is blocking us from moving forward on this matter. But most people are good people. So don’t panic.

All you had to do was give her your name and she can run a check once it comes back clean you're free to wait for your Dominoes all night if you wish to. That's NOT how it works little girl, go back to Police College and ask your instructor and look up Police Conduct Regulations Act (2020) in relation to the 'Colour of Law', hopefully you might learn something!
