Sadly that is true. The only carrot that makes people play is some rewards in form of bonds, tanks or special equipment. Though I would say that I do enjoy Steel Hunter when I play light-hearted and aggressive. 🙂

I'm not sure is that is the case but whole team can get more points out of the battle by dishing out more damage. In the situation where the battles would be more even and both teams could cause more damage it night work. But how many times one team just get whipped out or someone caps? The system in place is stupid AF. I agree with you in all your points.

@jerrolduk2582 the problem is even in a average heavy tank game let's say 3k dmg which is a decent game with like 1 to 2k blocked you only get between 30 and 40 points. If you lose a game and you get again 3k dmg etc your losing 47. You only make the 50 points if you have a stud of a game which won't happen often enough. And majority of your losses are blow outs with a light sprinkle of 17 point loss games. The numbers don't work out, the game mode is rigged for you to fail. Your only way for a chance of climbing the ranks is in a solid platoon. I find 2 of you just isn't enough to overcome the shear stupid of most players. You need a 7 man platoon or be comfortable in iron/bronze cause that's where vast majority of people will stay

@@darktech4015 You are right here. Problem is that rarely I can gather 6 more good players to join during the time I play. Lack of progression is by design that I agree with 100%.

lol that’s the problem. I’m a dedicated player and yet I’m held back from the majority of players who don’t care . And the sad part is there are good average players who are stuck just like me. Average player means nothing . Skill does. But when your the only one that seems to care in such a mode it’s pointless.Onslaught in my opinion shows the actual player mentality of the game and it’s not good.

I am dedicated. Potentially I could climb to golden rank but I have life outside of WoT and full time job. Think is that this never happen before. There was always a way to climb up. This time it is nearly impossible. Especially if you trying to stay competitive without premium account and using "gold" ammo. B-C is the one that allows you to use regular shells thanks to mobility. You can gey quite creative with using that 5 shells magazine, flank and chaise damage. I think I loaded "gold" only once to finish off the Maus in front but apart from that all regular and I'm not loosing credits. Problem is when you have to face thick armour in limited area than you are screwed. Cheers mate. Thanks for commenting. 🙂

Your initial placement mostly depends on where you ended the last Onslaught season. If you didn't play at all, then you start in iron. Whether it's Iron E or Iron C depends on your placement results.

I have no clue how that placement works. In qualifiers I won 6 and lost 4 that got me B bronze. Now I'm A bronze. That means I'm just "treading water" Previously I was able to complete all ranked battles progression (sometimes on multiple accounts) but now I'm not even moving up at all despite improving my gameplay. I know I'm not the only player like that.

There could be something to it as I used Onslaught to get xp for field modifications for example Obj. 268. But mostly it is happening when I'm playing more meta tanks. Sometimes after battles won.

If you need gold to pen a light tank, the issue isn't the game, but you.

Skill has almost admitted to such a few years Back - said they've got him by the balls and they are gonna "do whatever they wanna do" I truly believe him when he says his Daddy works at wargaming - his sugar daddy 😂😂

@@crevette_farouche Not really as aiming at fast moving targets in the ass is through the auto-aim most of the time. RNG and tank design is deciding. I'm scoring a lot of those too. Sometimes it feels like the game is set for you to miss regardless how well you aim. For example those funny dipping shells under the hull hitting the track.

@@BracaPhoto LOL. Though there are some funny thinks going on with with skill(random3letters). Like with that mod for MoE creating lags for enemy team players. You wonder why sometimes them CCs are getting free farming in most unexpected situations? ;-)

@@jerrolduk2582. I know, and *that* is why I started re-making his game-rigging-cheating videos, using the free camera, so that people could actually enjoy the real action from the proper perspective!

I can't see them but it does not mean they are not there. I just might be blind and I'm not going to focus on it so much. O and new patch just came so I can't even check it even if I wanted to.

@@jerrolduk2582 You can see them on lower menu on BP just put mouse cursor over decal icon to see, suprised you not know this the amount of time ingame you have spent and BP completed. Have a good weekend happy gaming.

Hi! Remember that this gameplay was recorded at the begging of February this year. I don't remember any changes to that vehicle from the begging. I can't wait for Steel Hunter to come back to WoT that is why I looked through what I recorded and kept it stored. I decided to post it because why not? 🙂

@jerrolduk2582 Hi! I'd guess that "resurrection" is identical for both of us. What disappoints me is: 1. The mode became less tactical and more casual. You don't rely on planning your steps that much. You can't trick your opponent getting him from behind because of 360 view, and, as well, you don't have to care where to focus your view because of the same reason. There is more ammo, more healing ability, and the reload of it all is faster. You always have your abilities ready to use, and that's what I also mean by "less tactical". 2. Armor and aiming are less important. 3. Lots of chaotic skirmishes with 4-7 players at a time. 4. My favorite Varyag HP build is not the same :) 5. Bots are meaningless. And pretty helpless especially when you reach higher levels. 6. The original soundtrack is mind-blowing, the new one isn't, as for me

@@jerrolduk2582 Resurrection itself though is not a bad idea) yes, I also believe SH could be a separate game. But I also believe that its better to make some changes in original SH, than replacing it with resurrection

I was hoping that this front spade will bounce a lot. At least HEAT shells but from some reason that does not count as spaced armour? I don't know at this point. I do regret buying it though. Well I do regret spending money on WG products in general. ;-) I'll check out your video.

I think that WG is banking on hype of new comers and those who are silly to believe that thinks will improve. They wont care until game will make a profit. This is why I'm saying to everyone to be vocal on what they think about it and stop paying money to WG.
