Klezmer Clarinet style has a lot in common with Jazz. Benny Goodman came from the Jewish tradition & added the swing feel. That was very enjoyable guys. A must hear for every Clt player. Thanks.

can you get this quality of sound on a student clarinet?
Technically you should be able to get pretty close! There's a general theory that the mouthpiece and reed primarily are responsible for the tone generation, but also Jose is such a phenomenal musician, and has spent a lot of time developing his sound that I'd bet he'd sound just as fantastic on anything he played!!
