Players are motivated to wait as are teams....players get cap increases and other player signings for leverage. Teams get millions upon millions in hand to literally invest in stocks etc....at roughly (%+ for a year, thus reducing the cost of the contract potentiallythe following year. Also, one more year to assess healthof player.

I was hearing the AR report from the source on the day of the draft. And i believe it's been backed up by like Pellisero or one of those other big name reporters. But they were still trying to make it happen after Young was off the board so they weren't only interested in Young.

I'm as big of Kirk fan as they come. But this year feels like it makes sense to move off of him if things don't go well. We won't have to sacrifice the future to get a prospect of reasonable quality. Our staff has had a couple of practice off seasons and Hall to fine tune some of the structures to find the right guy and help him develop. And with the cost of all the high end offensive talent we have it will make sense cap wise to get that rookie QB, and the support will be in place to not make his life hell.

Guys, Hall was 5th round.

"It's disappointing that Kirk Cousins is still our Quarterback". Man Nick runs so hot & cold with Kirk. After the playoff game he was saying he wouldn't mind an extension if that's the version of Kirk they were getting.

Addison doesn't have the size or athletic traits that you slobber over, but the dude separates and gets open. At the end of them day, that's what being a receiver is all about. I would also say that I think his play speed seems faster than his RAS would indicate, and he's slippery; both as a route runner and with the ball in his hands. I think the Vikings passed on CB at this spot because they liked the depth in the draft at CB, compared to WR. I hope they find a way to draft a CB with starting potential with their next pick, and I honestly hope they go straight defense with the rest their picks in this draft. SKOL!

I think one of Duke's best abilities is locating the ball at the catch point. So many corners are unable to turn their head around when the ball comes their way and just jump with the receiver, blindly waiving their arms. Duke seems to excel at locating the ball and attacking it at the catch point.

I'm a long suffering Vikings fan (since 89') and I just wanted to say that you guys are the absolute best. You provide amazing, detailed breakdowns, that you come to your own conclusions on through watching film. Not that same old narrative driven bullshit that 95% of the Vikings beat talking heads regurgitate on a daily basis. They are constantly sighting pff without putting in they're own work, and it's really refreshing that you guys form and share your own opinions from scratch, on the team I love, while being superbly knowledgeable -with a perfect dash of optimism. Ed Ingram leads the league in pressures and sacks, even including players who haven’t had a bye week. It’s worse then dozier. Even his pff run block grade is worst on the team and below 60 overall. Chris reed is just as good if not way better in the run game and didn’t allow a single sack in 5 games. He should 100% get the start. Ingram killed many drives, that can’t happen.

What stopped our offense from doing anything was the o-line allowing free rushers to immediately ruin the play, receivers struggling to get open and running the wrong routes or dropping passes. There was so much miscommunication and screw ups that it really wasn’t anything the fins did. We had plenty of opportunities where the play went horribly wrong before we even got a chance to run it. If we also could run the ball at all it would of been a big day for dalvin. Their defense gets burnt for long scored quite often due to the constant cover 0.

4th week that I’ve watched your show. Your breakdowns are incredible. Can’t find anything remotely close on TH-cam. Thank you. Great job. SKOL

Yeah man we are totally worse then the packers who literally barely beat the patriots with a third string rookie playing QB. Rodgers has yet to have a good game and they have no wideouts. The saints still had EVERYONE on defense and shutout Brady and Rodgers last season and have led the nfl in defensive EPA since, Super fraudulent! You guys are insufferable. What team looks good? Bills, chiefs, ravens,packers,niners,rams all look like ass.
