Don't look amazing in this video but not everyone is a model.
Workouts with no equipment required that can be done at home:
-Squat jumps
-Jumping Jack's
-Mountain Climbers
-Lunge jumps
-Bear crawl
-Walking plank
-Press ups
-Bicycle crunches
-Shoulder tap
-Crab walk
Try and do 30secs on and 30secs off, if you have a step then you can include step ups and tricep dips. Rotate around each exercise and do it for about 20mins. As you progress have a shorter rest or go more intense with the workouts.
