From my experience you can definitely win every fight. Top 3 hardest classes to fight 1. Priest 2. Death Knight 3. Swordmaster Priest is insanely rough to fight in Duos and it's always my hardest match up. Death Knight is just pretty much unfightable when they have their aura up but it's not too bad to run them out of essence. Also using the damage reduction you get when leaving stealth. Swordmaster, not the worst but they have insane ranged burst damage and it's very unreliable to block so kind of RNG if you can block the swords or not. They aren't bad at all though in melee. Ohh and Rupture fighters of course.

Facts. I have not found Crossbow Rogue fun to play and I don't think anyone finds them fun to fight lol

Sorry you didn't get it, Rogue was terrible in melee back when Trials came out so I had to play Deathknight/Fighter in Trials to get mine.

Oh yeah for sure, dual swords have been way too much fun and help me win more fights. Not going back to crossbow anytime soon.

@@GnawingRat around the same since i live in south america, and i mostly struggle mostly positioning and not noticing enemies early enough, and pyromancer

@@kuro9362 I'm not really sure to be honest, I haven't noticed much of a difference playing in 180 ping. Staying invisible as much as possible, using evaporate and vanish will help with you always getting the jump on other enemies. As long as you're staying invisible most the time you should see almost everyone first. In the unfortunate event where a pyro sees you first, dragon scale is unbelievably helpful to tank the fire ball and run to reposition. For positioning it's just gonna take time to get more comfortable with how people move around the map. Always make sure you have at least one escape route. Always open a few doors in each room you go in and don't get caught somewhere tight where you don't have room to move.

@@GnawingRat i just struggle to react to moment to moment actions really, i do get lag spiked sometimes so it might be that, but ill try to see if i can improve

@@kuro9362 I'm sure you can, I know this game is in a rough spot right now with the low player base but it's very fun. I think it's worth playing and practicing.

You should try it if you haven't yet, it's in a bit of a slump right now but we're close to season 1 and it could be the turning point.

@@GnawingRat i recently made a 400k melee only rogue kit. trinity 10, stormrage 15/30, tinyT, dragonscale 20/20 honestly kind of tweeking about using it, only 3 days till wipe too. guess I should just get over it aye?

@@JohnHandle- I haven't heard anything on a wipe yet, I believe we will be getting it when season 1 drops. I don't think the pre-season patch will wipe. As for your kit, 400k for one kit is very expensive. I don't think I've ever ran a kit that cost more than 200k. I personally wouldn't run a 400k kit because I fell like I wouldn't end up paying it off, UNLESS you are using it to have fun and don't mind losing it. This is the only way I've found at getting over gear fear.

@@GnawingRat я имел ввиду саму возможность несколько раз воскресить камнем перса. для воскрешения приста - работает только 1 раз за приключение. На этот счет было грустно на пвп 3х3 - там за все испытания клото и за 15 минут обычного пвп можно было реснуть только 1 раз, дальше пвссивку держать не было смысла

I’m just used to being a rogue rat. I’m normally a SM and Fighter main. The info you’re teaching will help not only rogues but all melee. Though it looks really fun to fight as rogue so I’ll keep trying! Another video please!

@@christiandean1416You'll be at 66% from stacks plus a base 20%. So you be at 86%. You're not guaranteed to get crit chance on any of your gear. If you can get enough crit chance to be at 100 even after taking 22% off for damage stacks then of course do it. I'm even comfortable at 80%. Typically if I can get 20% on my boots I'll trade crit for damage on one of my heirlooms. This is something I go over on my guide video. I'm not sure what you mean "the rest of your gear will put you over 100%" this is simply not the case unless you're running dual swords. There's no leather armor or jewelry that guarantees crit chance. I think maybe you're being confused my cloth because cloth boots guarantees you crit chance. Almost 40%.

@GnawingRat I always buy from auction house so I am guaranteed my build. You have base cc of 20% like you said. Boots, gloves, necklace, rings and xbow all have crit chance available if you buy from auction. Also- I notice many people ignoring green loot. Not saying you do- but if your inven isn't full take what you can. I sell midas green gear at auction for 2500g

@@christiandean1416 well yes if you buy a bunch of crit chance gear then of course run damage instead. I do mention this in the guide video. I can't really be bothered to always buy crit chance gear because if you want good stats and set bonuses, then adding crit chance can be very expensive.

@GnawingRat if you spend some time on the market, you'll find your deals. I always price cap at 20k. You can find most pieces for 10k or less. Watching you play, you're one of the few YT who actually have combat sense in this game. You'll make your money back and then some. I will say tho- avoid gear set priests and mages. Rogue is too squishy to deal with the mages and priest is basically unkillable.

@@christiandean1416 I appreciate your comments and I usually gear cap at 10k unless I'm purposely building a good set. At that point I pretty much never go over 20k a piece. I actually really like geared mages. Typically they are free money besides priest. Only way to consistently take down a priest is backstab then switch to dual swords and charge attack when they block. Daggers when they cast heal. Use fire flasks as well for resets.

@@PretendBreadBoy I enjoy running it sometimes because it's fun but not necessary at all. Usually not worth the cost of dice in my option.

@@madmickeyy of course, crossbow is pretty much unusable for me on European servers (can't always find matches in America) at 180 ping so I get it. On the bright side though, slap on dual swords for the fat 40% crit chance and run damage stacks on two of your heirlooms instead. You'll be totally set.

@@snxwxd5947 to be honest I actually haven't tried it. It could be worth it. You would have to sacrifice some crit chance, especially if you also want tiny. I think it's worth testing.
