Yeah, 2nd ciws only works when you're facing starboard side and portside. It doesn't work when missile is coming from the behind.

Unfortunately there's no such servers for PvP, I just join each servers to see which server has the most people that has PvP on. I mostly see people PvP'ing at a certain time tho. And yes, the default skin of the Iver Frigate is very good, featuring two Oto Melaras, missiles, a VLS System, torpedoes and a CIWS. But beware tho that it's missiles are slow compared to the missiles onboard the Oliver Hazard Perry. But overall, it's the best ship in the game that features a lot of anti missile systems and its Absalon Skin gives you another CIWS but replaces the gun. Thanks for commenting!

In terms of Iver vs OHP (Oliver Hazard Perry) I think OHP will win because of how fast its missiles travels. If you're an OHP Captain battling an Iver, you'll have time to properly time your chaff and prepare evasive maneuvers for the incoming torpedoes because of how slow its missile goes. OHP gives your opponent less time to prepare so you'll have the advantage. Also to mention that OHP has 6 torpedo tubes while Iver only has 4, but Iver carries more torpedoes and missiles. OHP runs out of chaff very quickly so you'll have to manage it pretty well because on how fast it runs out while with the Iver, you won't have to worry that much because it carries a lot of chaffs, very good VLS system and a CIWS that has 70% chance to take down incoming missiles while the one onboard the OHP only has 50%. It still depends on the Captains of the ship on how the battle will turn out, so yeah, goodluck on deciding which ships you'll buy.

Yeah, it depends on the distance so I replaced one of the guns with CIWS since I won't be using the guns that much. And yeah, you will have to aim up higher if your opponent is far away.

You have to have the proper elevation to hit your opponent unless your opponent is very close
