Returning to Phenac City, we were immediately approached by a concerned resident who warned us of strange men lurking around. Intrigued, we made our way to the mayor's house, only to find these men lying in wait. A fierce battle ensued, and amidst the chaos, we managed to snag our first Pokémon. Victorious and bolstered by our new companion, we confronted another of the mysterious men and uncovered the dark origins of the so-called "Shadow Pokémon." Armed with this crucial information, we set our sights on Pyrite Town, ready to delve deeper into the mystery.
