Bonjour Mr Suite à un antécédent endodontique, dévitalisation dent 41 , un cône beam a été réalisé, il est retrouvé lipoe 4,2mm et dépassement de pâte canalaire et instrument métallique cassé, douleurs symptomatiques, ma question est la suivante, faut il réintervenir en effectuant un retraitement endodontique afin de pouvoir sauver la dent? acte effectué sans microscope et sans stabilisateur d'apex. Non du tout , psk la dent d’emblée est traité et son nerf a était retiré

Je l'ai fait hier, le bruit et les vibrations sont pas très agréables et selon la durée de la séance ça peut-être vraiment épuisant. Mais ce n'est aucunement douloureux.
C'est intéressant. Je transcris parfois des entrevues juridiques avec des dentistes et ils doivent détailler certains traitements... et de voir ce que j'entends parfois dans mes transcriptions je trouve ça super de pouvoir visualiser ça!

Merci du retour. Est cque ce système est à utiliser avec au préalable une rotation mécanique spécifique? Les cônes utilisés sont ils spécifiques de ce système également? Cela m intéresse grandement. Si vous aviez un contact pour en discuter... merci davance
Le plus facile est de contacter Kerr car ils peuvent preter un appareil (et ce systeme fonctionne peu importe le type de limes que vous utilisez, il y a bien sur quelques règles et principes de conicité à respecter). Dans quel pays etes vous que je puisse vous mettre en contact ?
