Couldn’t hear anything with the music playing

Don’t waste your money I bought one and intentionally tried to get it to go off with cops that was running radar and it was quite and didn’t make a sound but then when there’s nothing around it won’t shut up

It’s gotta be one of the worst detectors I have owned. It constantly false alerted to KA band from Honda CRV’s and automatic doors. I turned K band off and it would false KA band with a ghz of around 34.55 for automatic doors when those automatic doors use K band. It would CONSTANTLY false KA band while driving, and the range was horrible. If you’re looking for a legitimate hood detector, Uniden R series is the way to go, little bit more expensive but not by much. Pick up a Uniden R3.

I'm using this radar detector in Africa and it's crap, it doesn't detect laser, nor fixed camera radars. I wonder if it's a defective one, any suggestions please? I've tried all settings, that's why I think it's crap

Have a 2021.5 Atlas SE w/ Tech 2.0T 4Motion. Turbo Muffler Delete- I.E. Tune 93 octane-(best thing ive done so far) Modified Air Box, Wife didn't like the VERY loud but sexy noise from the I.E. air intake system. GFB Diverter valve upgraded internals. Retained Factory Valve. Pedal Tuner Burger Motorsports. I.E. inlet Elbow. Will soon, gut the downstream cat. Turbo spools faster and is quicker on its feet. Possibly will upgrade the Intercooler to APR or CTS if available along with all the pipes, turbo charge, inlet and throttle pipes. That will be all for this one. No decrease in MPG. Maintains 22-28mpg pending how heavy my foot is :) Power is proposed at 329-340hp at the crank. 329hp qouted for just inlet and intake and tune. The vehicle runs excellent, zero issues. Had the JB1 programmer on it for a long time, 2 years ,no issues. But put that on my 2015 passat 1.8T. :) Hope this helps someone. Cheers!

Why is it mounted so low? Get better readings higher up, no interference. Thats stupid.

Just got from Amazon. Returning it because too much unnecessary alerts and the device got too hot while sitting on my cup holder never mounted on my dash or windshield. That was a concern for me made me think l need a fire extinguisher too.

Cobra is owned by Escort and the only Cobra radar detector I would consider owning is the Cobra DualPro 360. Uniden R3 is much better both in performance and filtering.

Mines a piece of shit. Pass bunch of cops all the time and never goes off. Had it a week or so and only went off on like 2 cops

WTF is wrong with your car the lights flicker & causes the radar detector to flicker as well.
