Cheers bro. I've just started playing laptop dayz. I'm experienced on console but new to PC gaming. Currently 40 hours in.. On 1st person official servers, living the survival dream. I've collected 10 boxes of nails. About to build a base, and other base building supplies too 🙂 I have all the best guns already as I live by heli crash sites. Love dayz. My current life has been 1 day and 5 hours. I've bumped into two people and had friendly encounters so far.

best guide on how to build anything in DayZ i've seen on the internet. you fully explained every little detail someone would need to know in a simple to the point way. everyone else has squirrel brain or somethin, and they skip over important info that new players don't understand.

I loved this video! You need to do everything from your radial. Make fires, eat etc. The rabbits, stun with stone then when you’re near a stunned one you can highlight it with the small dot in the middle of the screen and you have options. You need to keep an eye on warmth, hunger, thirst and tiredness. Boil water in the can before you drink it. There is a house just past the wolf, throw a stone at him and he will go away, or eat you! Have fun, it’s a great game and use your radial 😁😁

Good stuff, I have this on my play list but haven't got around to it yet. this is my favorite weapon in the whole game. i hope when i start playing with more people on pc dayz, i can spread the word of the vaiga. it's just a straight up "Delete Anything Infront Of Me" Gun. I Always Save Slugs For This.

Perfect timing I needed a good distraction today, so thank you! In terms of the hotbar I think you have to find an order that suits your gameplay. For me I go 1) Melee/Cutting Weapon, 2) Main Rifle, 3) Secondary Rifle/Sniper, 4) Silenced Weapon/Pistol, 5) Bandage, 6) Food, 7) Drink. The rest of the slots are utilities like compass and/or maps and/or clocks. Hope that helps but it's definitely not definitive...it just matches my play style as I like to preserve ammo but get very loud when I need to. Thanks again for this video, much appreciated. Most canned goods can be put in the cooking slots. They will thaw out a lot quicker.

Yes, the fx-45 is the best handgun in the game. Holds 15 rounds of .45. The cool thing about 45, is if you hit a zombie with a 45, it backs them up. Where the 9mm, they keep coming. The 45, gives you an added second to figure out what to do. In my humble opinion. Always enjoy the videos. Thanks for sharing.

Another great adventure, thank you so much for making this, it's much appreciated. I know I say that every time, but that's because it's true! My favourite part was when you demonstrated that the phrase 'pride comes before a fall' should really be 'boredom comes before a fall'...when your boredom kicked in and you said "let's just get this over with" and immediately ran into the Captain. My first thought after spitting out my coffee (literally), was "I think it's going to be over with now!", fortunately he wasn't just infected he was asleep on his feet. It's tough being the undead in an apocalypse you get disturbed or attacked all the time by random survivors! Good stuff.
