This is a really simple and easy DIY project, that you can do with kids. The marshmallows are shot just by blowing the gun, and they fly around 10 meters (30 feet) in the air. I used electrical tape, but you can paint it, or just use it with the pvc color. All the sections were 4 inches except the barrel, which was 8 inches. I used 20mm PVC.

This DIY project is really easy, fast and fun. Just take 2 pieces of paper, make 2 squares, then fold them a little bit and you get this really cool ninja stars. I just saw this question and notice it wasn't aswered. It's 3 years old, but for what it's worth, a can of air my do the trick in getting dust out without damaging the strings. Also, the static of a cleaning rod might also help to draw the dust. Anyway, hope this is helpful, if 3 years from when you asked (LOL).

I like that you're doing a smaller size, that's good for beginners, but you need to include measurements and a description of the materials used so we can better replicate your project. Also, embroidery floss looks better than yarn. And your audio needs to be pleasant, perhaps actual editing, not just speeding it up. Otherwise, nice work! Good starter project. Thank you.
