Feeling disconnected
I have always felt like I am missing connection with others. Part of me believes that it is because of how distracting our environment is. We are taken away from experiencing life as it is right in this moment, and there can be consequences.
I don’t think I’m alone in feeling this way - hopefully this resonates with someone.

A Saturday in my life as a 24 year old. I did as many pull-ups as I could in my friend Logan's home gym and then spent the night at my family cabin with my friend and boyfriend.
