La Jungle: a new direction
The Beer Idiots visited La Jungle at Studio Citygate, an old industrial site near Gare Du Midi. We talked to Félix Damien and Christophe Bravin about La Jungle's location and then went inside where Damien led us through brewery. He talked about La Jungle's re-vamped approach to brewing, simpler and more focused on quality beers. It's been a five year trip and more is to come, says Damien. www.idiots.beer

He’s not saying he’s going to sell the brewery. He’s saying he had to start selling the beers more commercially in order to sustain the brewery. In all actuality, he was also stating that he has plans for an expansion.
I had this berliner weisse a few months ago, I was blown away by the balance of sourness, the strong carbonation and the brett aroma!
