This may sound weird but, I'm a Scooby Doo (SD) fan and years ago Adult Swim aired the Mysteries Incorporated version of SD that had a few episodes with a college professor (and published author) named H. P. Hatecraft who the kids enlisted for help with some monsters. I highly recommend viewing the show in its entirety as it was funny and had an overarching theme that I thought was very well done for a cartoon. Plus the "Lovecraft" episodes were a favorite! The full series can be found on TH-cam if you're interested. 😉

@@jenniferbonsey1969 ♥️ thank you!! it usually takes me about 2-3 days since theyre fairly short stories. but ive been trying to write longer ones, which is why the videos have been less recently but with longer story portions ;) ill even write during work breaks, as many days I get the privilege of working from home!

You don't add in a whole bunch of unnecessary descriptive words and metaphors. And you tell the story like it's a story, not a point of view. I I'm not sure if that makes sense to anyone but me, but all of that to just genuinely say thank you so much!

that makes total sense to me!! while i can see how loads of people would enjoy a guided walkthrough or a purely descriptive sleep aid, i personally just cant get immersed and relaxed unless theres a real story somewhere in there 😅 so i getchu!
