The fastest way to find them is by searching TH-cam for “WML Plays Playlist.” Each video has a little “code” like “C-01, p. 9.” The “C-01” represents this BOOK, so all the “C-01’s” are from this same book. “C-02” is a different book (by John Carter). I hope they’re helpful and/or enjoyable!

I don’t know about you, but my mother taught me that if I didn’t have something positive to say, don’t say anything at all. My high school finance class teacher once told me “You get what you pay for.” I notice that the audio on any of your posts isn’t one bit better. No wonder you have only 13 subscribers in twelve years!! That’s terrible!!

I’ve been trying to find these lyrics for you. But I no longer have access to the music. I think it is POSSIBLE that this is the song by Douglas E. Wagner, published by Heritage Music Press, but it is out of print, and I can’t find any way to be SURE.

This edition is arranged by Clair W. Johnson, published by Rubank Inc. Music Publishers. I am fairly sure you can find it at jwpepper.com and/or Stanton's Sheet Music (1-800-42M-USIC).

If you search TH-cam for “WML Plays Playlist,” you should find a playlist of over 200 videos I have posted, at least 90% of which are the preludes, offertories and postludes I have played in the last 10 years or so. VERY cool, lucyme_bumblee5187!! I'all will pray for y'all, and your success on this! I was piano accompanist for these kids back in 2015. (I am older than most relatively-old dirt!!) I can say that I am impressed that you and your Mixed Show Choir are performing this when you are an 8th-grader!! I hope y'all have a lot of FUN performing this song ... and I hope my video is helpful.

(As you may know) Mark Hayes' arrangement of "America, the Beautiful" actually includes all the verbal quotes at the beginning. But you're right that the actual song "America, the Beautiful," starts at 1:35.

Many years ago, when I was a schoolteacher, EVERY time a student caught me in a mistake, I would immediately say, "I was testing you! I wanted to see which student was paying attention and noticed that I said (or wrote) wrong thing. Good for you, Johnny! You were the only student who noticed that mistake ... that I made on purpose." The kids always knew from the first four words that I was lying (joking) to cover up my mistake. Yes, the two notes at 2:32 are incorrect. In my edition, it goes to a new line at that measure, and so I played the two notes from the alto part (on purpose, to test you, of course). You get a gold star. 🙂
