What all did you use for the transducer mount?
I got my boat from Brice Sanchez as well If you still own it and fish it. Hope to see ya out on the water if I haven't already.

Any bady! Please! Help me getting a solo skiff in Taiwan.
I used a 3.5, which was good enough, but I went to a 6 hp and I go about 14 mph, I’m going farther and farther into the gulf, I’d like to go faster, do you think it will handle a 9.9 ?

Has to turn a little. But I ended up buying the seat they make with no back. It work a lot better

what's the benefit of the transom saver skiff lift
The one have did not have the lift. But from what I have researched it lets you run a few inches skinnier. So I guess less time poling or paddling.
Where did you get the trailer?
Hey sorry for responding so late. That is a boat dolly, but I didn’t like it and ended up buying a used jet ski trailer. That’s the way to go.

Nice review and very helpful. What brand of dolly is that and where did you purchase it. How do you like it? You mentioned bolts for hobie rails, how did you add the nut underneath? Was it a certain type of hardware?

Victor kayak I really enjoy it! Sold my PA to buy this and t treater it. The amount of area I can cover is great and can go get in water that boats can’t is also great!

Victor kayak you will like it! I can walk all over it and with the 5 hp gas last a long time! My advice would be to take it out a couple of times before you rig it up. Give you better idea of how you want to set it up.

Hi there, great set up. Couple questions, does the transom saver work well? Does it prevent to motor from moving or slipping out? I just bought a solo skiff and I’m debating either glueing two marine star boards on each side of the transom using marine epoxy or just buying the transom saver from Shawn, I got a 6hp Suzuki. Would really like to get your input on how well it works. Thank you
Lester Garabito I have taken it out twice and the transom saver worked great! I checked the motor to make sure it’s was still tight before I ran and they were.
How much does the skiff come out to be trey..just the skiff alone
